Customer Service Alert

We are currently experiencing a water main line blowout in the Preston area. This has caused low water pressure and possible outages for customers within this zone, including Will Samson Road.

Our crew is on site working to resolve the situation. A planned emergency feed is being opened to help restore customers without service to most areas while repairs are underway.

Water service will be restored as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work quickly to resolve this issue.
