Due to the delay in billing statements reaching our customers, there will be no late fees applied to customer accounts until after March 25th. ORWD2 has experienced complications with the printing and mailing vendor for the past 2 months. We have resolved the issues and have secured another company to process our monthly statements. We do not anticipate any future issues and the billing process should go back to normal. If you have not received a bill, there are several things you can do:
- You can always call 918.756.8910 or 918756-8955 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and ask for your balance
- You can call the automated service 24/7 to get your balance 1-877-885-7968 amd/or pay by phone.
- You may visit our website contact page and request a copy of your paper bill or visit our office and we will be glad to print you a paper bill.
